The Santa Clarita City Council was joined by Newhall Coffee owners Mitch and Kyle McMullen, for a special naming of the City's official coffee, Newhall Coffee. The naming took place at Java and Jazz in Town Center, Santa Clarita, on Friday, May 7, 2004 at 11 a.m. The City Council unanimously named Newhall Coffee as the "Official Coffee of the City of Santa Clarita." In exchange for the naming, Newhall Coffee will include specially-imprinted stickers on all of their coffee products that read: "Proudly Roasted in Santa Clarita, CA" with the City's website included.
"We are very pleased with this win-win agreement. Both the City and Newhall Coffee benefit which in turn helps to promote Santa Clarita, both in the community and throughout the state," commented Mayor Bob Kellar.
I was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. After I got married, my husband and I moved here to Valencia and raised two daughters. That was over 35 years ago!
I became interested in Real Estate early on when I started working for a loan department for a major lender and then for a construction company.
